Improve your oral health naturally with garlic

First of all, let’s remember:   garlic is not a replacement for brushing your teeth or going to the dentist.
It should only be used as an additional treatment, occasionally, to improve your routine.

  1. Homemade garlic paste

  1. Crush   fresh garlic cloves   to release allicin.
  2. Apply   a thin layer   to your gums or teeth using a cotton swab.
  3. Leave it on   for a maximum of 1 to 2 minutes  , then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Tip:   Mix garlic with   a pinch of fine sea salt   to enhance the purifying and mildly exfoliating effect — perfect for removing plaque.

Caution  :   If you experience any discomfort, rinse immediately. The lining of the mouth is sensitive; always   test on a small area first  .
