Homemade garlic paste
- Crush fresh garlic cloves to release allicin.
- Apply a thin layer to your gums or teeth using a cotton swab.
- Leave it on for a maximum of 1 to 2 minutes , then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Tip: Mix garlic with a pinch of fine sea salt to enhance the purifying and mildly exfoliating effect — perfect for removing plaque.
